Shipping policy

Ready-made items are shipped out within 3-5 business days. Custom items may take up to ten (10) days each to be completed. If ordering multiple custom order items, they will be shipped once the order is complete. If purchasing both ready-made and custom items, all items will be shipped when custom items are complete.
